A resident of the Central Coast for over 50 years, Robert Ogden graduated with honors from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting. Shortly after graduation, he joined a national accounting firm as an Associate, gaining audit experience.
Achieving his designation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1975, Bob moved back to Santa Maria to begin his own practice of accountancy.
In 2000, Bob embarked upon a new venture to establish a comprehensive wealth management and planning practice. He achieved a Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2001. He had also previously obtained his California Life Insurance License in 1999.
Husband, Father and Grandfather, Bob is active in the community as a Past President of the Santa Maria Rotary South Club and a Past President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of the Santa Maria Valley. He is a Member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and of the Financial Planning Association.
Bob enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, getting to the gym and the golf course, reading and sharing the Word, and giving back to the Community he loves.
